Mike is always on time, friendly, professional, very thorough, and really explains each detail.  He is also very accommodating.  He will walk over the property many times and will answer all your questions.  I'm a Realtor and help buyers buy new homes and it's a scary & exciting time for them and they have a lot of questions about the big purchase they are are to embark in, Mike doesn't get annoyed and understands how big of a deal this is for buyers. Good Life was responsible for the pest inspection that we relied on before purchasing our home in Grass Valley. Recently, we had a local company indicate that we had drywood termites and needed to fumigate. One of their general managers, Justin, came out and did another inspection for free and told us there still is no evidence. He went above and beyond organizing a meetup with the other company to discuss their findings.
